and may be returned if the following guidelines are used:
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase or shipping date, whichever is later.
All merchandise returned for refund must be factory sealed with the shrink-wrapping intact. The box or packaging must be in like-new condition.
Open films and games cannot be returned unless defective. It is rare for a product to be defective, but it is a manufacturing issue, and can only be replaced with the exact same item.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Postage on returns will be reimbursed only on defective items, items
damaged in shipment or items shipped to a customer due to our error.
Return Procedure - Please follow these simple steps:
Obtain a Return Authorization Number by filling out our Return Authorization Form. We may be able to suggest other alternatives and prevent any further problems. Otherwise, we will provide you with the number to use for the RA # on the shipping label. Be sure to place the RA number both on the label and again inside the package to insure proper credit to your account.
All products being returned must be packed in a BOX including the original case and cover, with factory shrink-wrap intact. Envelopes are not acceptable for shipping. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us. Pack carefully and arrange for tracking and/or insurance.

Refunds - If a refund is due on a returned item and the correct Return Procedures have been followed, a refund will be credited to the credit card used for payment within one day after we receive the returned merchandise. If you paid by check or money order, your refund will be mailed to you.
