Searching for Products
To find the items you need, simply type the title into one of our search boxes and click on Find It. Don't worry if you don't know the exact title, just type part of it in and everything that matches will be displayed. Then you can pick the right one from the list. To search by game platform or format, just select what you need on the pull-down menu. To view by category or genre see Browsing the Reef, below.
How to Order
Using the Shopping Cart
When you find an item that you are interested in, just click on the "Add" button to put it in your shopping cart. This does not obligate you to buy the item, it is just like a cart in a regular store. You can remove any or all the products from your cart anytime by just selecting VIEW CART. If you leave the store with unpurchased items in your cart, they will simply return to the shelves and no order will be placed. Just think of the shopping cart as a convenient place to hold items that you may want to buy until you are ready to check out. Then you can make the final decisions.
Checking out
To purchase items and arrange for delivery, simply select CHECKOUT or VIEW CART. Either way, you can remove items or change the quantity of items in your shopping cart. You can return to find additional items even after you have chosen to CHECKOUT - just like a regular store. Once you have what you want in the cart, select your country and state. Since we are located in California we are required to add sales tax to all orders shipped to addresses in California.
Next, if you have any special shipping requirements, type them into the box. United States shipment options are standard UPSP Media Mail or Priority Mail. The minimum shipping cost is $3.75 for up to three DVD's or one VHS tape or game. Fees are based on the weight of the items in your order, reqardless of size. Shipment can be made to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. International shipments are sent Airmail.

When you click on GO TO PAYMENTS, the invoice will be updated to show the shipping cost, tax (if any), and the order total. You then fill-in your name, address and other data. The fields in BOLD are required. If paying by credit card, use your credit card billing address for the Invoice. This data is verified with your credit card issuer for your protection. Please provide as much information as you can to help us serve you properly. If you want the order shipped to a different address than your billing address, enter that in the next section. Otherwise, leave the Delivery Address section blank. Click on CONTINUE.
You will see the name and address details. If you need to change or correct anything, use your BACK button. Otherwise, select a payment option.
Payment Options
You can pay by MasterCard or Visa, or you can mail us a Check or Money Order. Yes, we do accept personal checks, but your order will be delayed a few days while they clear. The mailing address is on the page and will be on the order confirmation that you receive by email once the order is complete. You can also pay with PayPal or Billpoint - we will send you a payment request. To pay by check or money order, select CHECK or MONEY ORDER and mail-in the payment. If you want to pay by credit card, but not online, select the PHONE option. In this case you will need to Phone, Fax, or Mail us your credit card number and expiration date. The shopping cart will send us the order and shipping information. Click CONTINUE.
If you selected any payment option other than Credit Card, you will receive your order confirmation number at this point. If you are using a credit card, follow the instructions below:
Fill-in your name as it appears on the credit card. Select the type of card and type in the card number. Select the expiration date and click SSL SECURE PAYMENT. You are on a secure server, note the https in the address line of your browser when you are on that page.
You will receive a confirmation notice on the next page and a copy of the order will be emailed to you. If you have any questions, feel free to email or telephone.
Changing your Order
If you need to change your order after the final confirmation, send us an email or phone. Orders are processed quickly, but if you see an error right away there will be time to change it before it is filled.

Product Descriptions
We attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, VideoReef.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by VideoReef.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a full refund.
Regional Coding on DVD's
Many of our DVD's are coded for Region 1 (USA & Canada) and will not work on players intended for sale outside of North America. More Info.
Pricing Errors
Although it is unlikely, we reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur on our website, whether due to incorrect data from our suppliers or entry errors. In the event you are overcharged, an immediate credit will be issued. If you are significantly undercharged we will contact you to determine how you want to proceed. We will either issue a credit to your account for the incorrect price or bill you for the difference due upon your authorization.
Sales Tax
VideoReef.com is required by law to collect sales tax in states in which we operate. Currently applicable sales taxes are only charged for deliveries to the state of California. The tax will be calculated by our shopping cart and automatically added to your order total.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship by USPS Media Mail in the U.S. and Internationally by USPS Airmail. Expedited shipment is available at additional cost (Priority Mail, UPS 2nd or 3rd day, and Fedex). See the section on Shipping for complete details. Delivery Confirmation is included on U.S. shipments.
Pre-order Items
If your order includes a soon to be released item, that product will be shipped so that you receive it on or after the release date. Pre-order items are clearly indicated on the description page, including the release date.
