In most cases, you will receive your order in just a few days by US Mail. In stock items are shipped the same day ordered, or the next business day if received after our orders have been sent out for the day. Out of stock items may take a few days. If a product must be backordered, you will be advised and given the option of waiting for it to ship or dropping that item. Expedited shipment is available at additional cost.

Our system will automatically calculate your charges for shipping. The minimum cost is $4.95 for a small season set. The cost increases with the weight of your order. Order multiple items and save money on combined shipping. All orders are subject to availability and approval. If we cannot fill your order you will be contacted. In most cases orders are shipped promptly. You will receive email confirmation upon shipment.

Export Orders

Orders outside the United States will be shipped by Airmail. See International Shipping for more information and rates.

If you have special shipping requirements, simply indicate them on the order form when you check out. We will contact you with any questions. For expedited shipment we normally use Priority Mail. We can also use UPS 2nd or 3rd day as well as Fedex.

DVD's and games are guaranteed not to be defective when you receive them. They will be replaced with the same item if returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Unopened items that are still factory sealed may be returned for a full refund within 30 days. There are no refunds on opened games or movies. Tracking

You will be advised of the tracking number upon shipment. The status of shipped items will be determined from the tracking data.

Unable to Deliver

If you provide an incorrect shipping address or the order is refused, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
